We are a wonderful team of about 20 people who together take care of our 5,400 registered patients – from the first visit to all stages of life. No day is like the other, and we like it that way! Our everyday life is full of variety, collaboration, and laughter.

Are you passionate about service and a good reception? As a receptionist with us, you will be our first point of contact and contribute every day to a welcoming and safe environment for our patients and visitors. We are now looking for someone who can come and support us as needed.

The reception is our central hub, and you play a key role in creating structure and providing high-quality service together with engaged colleagues. Your contribution is an important part of our work with patient safety, participation, and quality in primary care.

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and previous experience working in a reception. You are a communicative person who expresses yourself fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and you also have good knowledge of English. You are computer literate and comfortable handling various administrative systems.

To succeed in the role of receptionist with us, we see that you are responsible, service-oriented, and committed to providing patients and visitors with the best possible reception. You have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team where you are happy to share your knowledge and ideas. We value a positive attitude, seeing opportunities in challenges, and being flexible with varying tasks.

Experience from working in a healthcare center is an advantage, but what matters most to us is that you have the right attitude and want to develop together with us.
